Welcome to the Androscoggin Main House, the largest unit in the Broad Street Building. This spacious four-bedroom, two-bath home features an open-concept layout with a full kitchen, generous dining space, and a cozy living room, ideal for families or groups. Located just 12 minutes from Sunday River and steps to downtown Bethel, it’s a comfortable and convenient home base for your mountain getaway.

Shared Outdoor Amenities
Guests at the Broad Street Building enjoy access to a thoughtfully designed common area that’s perfect for unwinding and making memories. Gather around the outdoor fire pit, surrounded by classic Adirondack chairs, for s’mores, stargazing, and late-night conversations. After a day on the mountain, soothe your muscles in the hot tub, or sip a drink at the outdoor bar area, ideal for casual evenings and après-ski vibes. The spacious backyard offers plenty of room for lawn games, lounging, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air. Whether you're renting one unit or several, the outdoor spaces at Broad Street make it easy to relax and reconnect with friends and family.
