Welcome to Elm Street Bungalow, a cozy and inviting escape nestled in the heart of Seguin, Texas. This sweet little spot is a perfect getaway for couples or small groups looking for a slower pace—yet still within easy reach of San Antonio, Austin, and New Braunfels.The bungalow includes a private queen bedroom with simple, stylish decor and a comfy convertible bed in the living room for 1 extra guest. The space feels light and airy with all the windows, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home. Soft linens, fresh towels, and window A/C units in both the bedroom and the living room keep the space clean, cool, and comfortable. And yes, the bungalow is pet friendly, too!Outside, the patio has an inviting energy, ideal for coffee in the morning or winding down with a cocktail as you cook your meal on the charcoal grill (just bring your own charcoal). You can kick back in the rocking chairs on the flagstone porch and soak in the peaceful vibes.Elm Street Bungalow is located just a few blocks from Seguin’s historic downtown. Very comfortable property. Just what you need to hang out and enjoy Seguin. Very lovely neighborhood to walk our dog in as well! Pup says 5 stars.
