This beautifully renovated Queenslander is all about comfort and quality amenities to complement the relaxed Cairns tropical lifestyle. Located just 8 minutes’ drive from Cairns International & Domestic Airport and 12 min to Cairns CBD, the house is centrally located to all Cairns has to offer. This is the perfect place for a relaxing family stay or a peaceful business trip away from the hustle and bustle of the CBD.
Keeping its classic charm with silky oak hardwood floors and original Queensland casement windows, this fully air-conditioned home has modern bathroom amenities and quality furnishings and appliances to make your stay as pleasant as possible. An airy open plan living space flows onto an undercover timber deck with ceiling fans and a private backyard with BBQ entertaining facilities. You will love the relaxing spaces this home has to offer.
A short leisurely walk will take you to the quaint village charm of the Stratford Village Precinct which comprises coffee shops and cafes, the award-winning Marsh Butcheries, General convenience store, The Small Fox Cocktail bar, a Medical Centre, Pharmacy, Post Office and Hairdresser all located 450m away.
There are also many great restaurants and eateries located within walking distance from the house:
- Siam Orchid Spicy Thai Restaurant (3 min walk 230m)
- Palooka restaurant & Pepperbox café (6 min walk 450m)
- Barron River Hotel (7 min walk 550m)
- Narrow Tracks Distillery with food truck (11 min walk 850m) - This makes for a beautiful sunset walk over the historical Cairns railway tracks.

- Beautifully grassed front and back yards with private lawn area for children to play
- Highchair and porta-cot available upon request
- Ample parking available on wide street frontage and driveway as well as single external garage with remote controlled roller door

- The 2 single beds & mattresses in the 3rd bedroom can be zipped together so can use, set it up as a king size bed upon request.

The single storey house has six steps up to the front door entrance and two steps for backyard access.
The 2 single beds & mattresses in the 3rd bedroom can be zipped together so can use, set it up as a king size bed upon request.
External security cameras located in the front yard/driveway, front entrance, side access of house and above garage back door for security & safety purposes.
Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.

- Strictly no house parties. No excessive noise after 10pm
- Please close all windows and lock doors whenever you leave the house.
- Ensure BBQ gas bottle is in off position when checking out.
- Early check-in and/or late check out is depending availability and against a surcharge of 50% of the applicable daily price
- Lost keys will incur a $15 replacement fee (per key), lost garage remote will incur a $100 replacement fee
