Expansive outdoor areas boast sweeping water views, a sparkling inground pool surrounded by tropical greenery, and ample space for entertaining.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, including a private driveway and secure garage. A short stroll leads to the pristine sands of Clifton Beach, while nearby attractions such as the Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rainforest are easily accessible.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Our home is a wonderful and distinctive property. In order that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, can you please confirm that you have considered some of the unique features of our home:
- The house is set in the forest meaning you will almost certainly encounter wildlife/bugs/spiders.
- Leaves and rainforest debris are constant, despite our best efforts to remove them. They should be expected. - The house has many steps and a steep driveway.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
