Perfect

This was our second time staying at this condo. Clean, cozy and inviting. The bay is right in your backdoor and the ocean is just across the street. Excellent restaurants nearby. The perfect place for my family.

What beautiful sunsets!

We enjoyed our stay at the Heritage by the bay. We've stayed here before in different units but this was by far the greatest view we've had.

Our place had a beautiful view and was close to everything we were looking for. LeAnne was great with recommendations for places to eat and do. This was our first visit to Destin area and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You couldn't ask for a better vacation rental.

Great getaway

Everything as described! Small two bedroom condo was awesome. The bay is right outside your balcony and the State Park beach on the gulf is right across the street! Will definitely stay there again.

Nice beach vacation

This was a very nice condo. Clean a comfortable with everything we needed. We loved the laid back atmosphere and everyone was very friendly. We really enjoyed the private fishing peer. Over all, an excellent vacation spot. Family friendly.

Beautiful, quite condo

Clean, convenient, easy access to everything. I would recommend this unit for a fun filled vacation. Unit is stocked with everything you need. Just bring your food. The private pier was just what my family wanted for lots of fishing. Thanks Mrs.Bonner!

Right on the water

This unit is absolutely on the water. The view is beautiful from the deck which is less than 20 feet from the bay and even from the inside of the unit. The property manager made check in very easy. We will be staying here again

A welcome quiet spot

Great location at the back of the property, right on the bay. The living room furniture is a bit tired, but the beds were comfortable and there were many conveniences in the kitchen. The condo offered everything we needed for a relaxing week away. The beach is very close, though you must run (or drive) across a busy road. All the amenities and attractions of Destin or Fort Walton Beach are just a few minutes drive, making Okaloosa a perfect place in-between.

Excellent location ! The unit is furnished nicely with every thing for an extended stay or short term. We bring a boat here to sail. The bay and surrounding areas are great to sail in. The gulf beaches are just across the road, There are many fine places to eat at. Pandoras is one of our favorites. And many more. We have come here for the last 3 years and the owner is very good to deal with.

Perfect

If you are a boat owner, this place is perfect. A boat slip is available with this rental which is mandatory for my visits to the Emerald Coast. The condo has great views of the Choctawhatchee Bay and you are just minutes from Destin and Fort Walton as well as The Gulf of Mexico. Many great restaurants are within close walking distance from this property. I look forward to staying at this condo for years to come.
