This is the best property for anyone with kids. Having the bay literally right out your back door was the best part. My little ones stayed in there for hours hunting crabs and fish. We drove across the road to the beach every day. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

Perfect

This was our second time staying at this condo. Clean, cozy and inviting. The bay is right in your backdoor and the ocean is just across the street. Excellent restaurants nearby. The perfect place for my family.

Beautiful, quite condo

Clean, convenient, easy access to everything. I would recommend this unit for a fun filled vacation. Unit is stocked with everything you need. Just bring your food. The private pier was just what my family wanted for lots of fishing. Thanks Mrs.Bonner!

Great getaway

Everything as described! Small two bedroom condo was awesome. The bay is right outside your balcony and the State Park beach on the gulf is right across the street! Will definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location, Right on the Water Bayside

Beautiful condo, plenty of space for two adults and two kiddos. It was very clean upon arrival. It is a little outdated, so if that is important to you, probably not for you. I love that it’s right on the water, my kids played in the bay (there’s a little sandy beach area), and I could see them from my balcony. Close to restaurants and right across the street from the ocean side beach! Owner was so responsive and helpful!

Peaceful and Quaint

2 couples stayed for an extended weekend. This place was perfect for the 4 of us. We brought a boat and there is a boat ramp 1 mile away which was very convenient. There is dock and boat parking in the condo lot but we had a 26ft boat on a trailer and the spots are all made for smaller boats. We were able to make it work but it was challenging. The condo is right on the water and we enjoyed watching the dolphins from the patio in the morning. This place is peaceful and not too resort like. Everyone we met while there was very friendly. It is on the first floor so it was very nice being able to have direct access to parking. Location Is convenient and only a short drive to the boardwalk, crab island, and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

A very nice place for a quick getaway.

Just a little outdated but that didn't bother me. Great views of the bay. We sat out on the balcony every morning for breakfast. The property had everything we needed (even the smallest of details we're provided like extra toilet paper, card games, & beach toys) The property was right across the street from the beach and the Crab Trap Restaurant. Perfect size for my family of 4 (2rooms & 2 bathrooms). Everyone had their own space. I would definitely stay there again.

A welcome quiet spot

Great location at the back of the property, right on the bay. The living room furniture is a bit tired, but the beds were comfortable and there were many conveniences in the kitchen. The condo offered everything we needed for a relaxing week away. The beach is very close, though you must run (or drive) across a busy road. All the amenities and attractions of Destin or Fort Walton Beach are just a few minutes drive, making Okaloosa a perfect place in-between.

Wonderful

The location is surprisingly peaceful compared to other nearby options. There is very little traffic within the complex, the unit itself is at back of the relatively small complex, right at the bay... as described. The assigned parking spot is super close. Everything was very clean when we arrived. We did walk to the Fort Walton boardwalk and beach, but others may prefer to drive. There is a bridge at the resort next door, which we did use, but I suspect we weren't supposed to. The pool area was nice, but didn't seem to be heated. I think the ocean was warmer, but it was March/April. The essentials were provided - washer/dryer, pots, pans, coffee maker, iron, etc. Thank you!!

Jewel in the Rough

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and had the basic supplies we needed to be able to cook light meals. The location and view more than made up for the lack of resort amenities. There is a pontoon and jet ski rental within walking distance and the beach is across the highway. We were able to avoid crowds and still enjoy our time!
