Cozy Retreat w/ Hot Tub & Games!

Welcome to our Cozy retreat!. We're thrilled to share our 3BR/2BA town-home with you, perfectly located just 6 minutes from downtown Saint Augustine.

Unwind in our relaxing hot tub for two, gather around the firepit, or enjoy a game of air hockey or ping pong. Our cozy covered porch is the perfect spot to soak up the sunshine.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, and serene bedrooms. Plus, enjoy free parking for 4+ cars!
Important Note: Our home's plumbing system is sensitive, so kindly only flush toilet paper to avoid clogs and costly plumbing repairs. We've placed trash cans in each bathroom for disposing of other items.

The following services are additional and prepaid:

*Extra gas tank - 30$
*Baking & Grill: Using the BBQ or oven incurs in an additional $50 cleaning fee.
*Hookah Service for $30, including: Protectors or mouthpieces/ Tips, Aluminum foil, Charcoal and Shisha/Essence box 100grs
*Firewood 13$ per pack and each fire starter 2$.
*Additional visitors beyond the authorized guests will incur a $25 fee per visitor.
*We offer early check-in and late check-out services to accommodate your needs. These services incur a $50 flat fee.

This policy allows us to offer more competitive rates and ensures our guests only pay for what they consume or use.
