Bakersfield is a personal favorite of ours for their delicious margaritas and the tacos are to die for.. and right down the block! Also must try Jeni's Ice Cream down the block as well, you will not be disappointed!!

Other Things to Note:

✍🏻 A $600 security deposit hold is placed 1–2 days before arrival (not an actual charge) and is automatically released 3 days after checkout if there’s no damage or rule violation

🏡Both Sides of the home has three floors total:



👉🏻Right side of the Duplex - first floor contains the living room space & kitchen area. The second floor contains the master bedroom King bed & second bedroom with 2 queen beds & the master bathroom.

👈🏻Left side of the Duplex - first floor contains the living room space, dining room area, half bathroom & kitchen area. The second floor contains the master bathroom & bedroom with one King bed & the second bedroom with 1 King bed!



Please take note that the original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children as it is not child-friendly!

For large group : we have Queen Air Mattress for a much comfortable sleep! This home is self guest check-in and check-out with the smart keypad code given for the front door for your convenience to check-in whenever for those coming into town super late. We are always quick to respond and are nearby if needed

We also have a total of four exterior security cameras located on the exterior of the entire home, one on each front porch and one installed on each rear door of the home and will be on 24/7 during your stay for your safety! We also have two noise monitors per each home that will be on 24/7 (one in the living room and one in the kitchen) that will measure noise levels only, thank you!
