Charles was very responsive! There were a few issues with the property and he resolved those problems immediately! We had a group of high school student staying at the property for a performance in town. It was important that issues were resolved promptly and I can’t say enough about how quickly Charles responded!

The rooms were painted different and did’not look like the photos. The stove, fire place and door code on garage wasn’t working so we texted the host and got that sorted. The game room/garage did not have the pool table and the WiFi wasn’t working on the tv had limited lighting. We were unable to get into the garage til the second night. It seems like the property just wasn’t ready for guest to stay in but if it was I would recommend the property.

It was easy to book and communicate with the host, even though we arrived late we were able to checkin easily! The place house was clean and comfortable and close enough for us to walk where we needed. Would recommend to anyone visiting Columbus!

Great location to the Convention Center, which was the reason for our trip. We had 4 couples and kids on the trip. The 3rd floor that had 2 big beds and a small bed, worked great for all of the kids to be together in one area and they had their own bathroom! One thing that wasn't mentioned in the listing was that the 4th King bed bedroom was in the garage. We had to make some adjustments because we didn't want to put any adults by themselves in the garage. The kids were disappointed that there was no pool table like the listing showed but the hot tub made up for that. The host had good communication and handled things quickly and efficiently. We did not use the laundry facilities, and we had all meals at the house and the large dining room that is open to the living room was great for everyone to hangout in one area and socialize! Beds were comfortable and the water was HOT.

Home is near Ohio State. We walked to stadium. Large home fits 0ver 10 people. Great kitchen. Home had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Safe neighborhood for walking. Supermarket is feet’s away from front door. Starbucks is there as well. I would definitely rent again.

Great house! Loved the decor and many options to hang out and enjoy time with friends and family. They made the checkout process so easy too! Would easily rent again.

This is easily the best place to stay for a night out on the town. Was within a 10 minute walking distance of some really cool dive bars and clubs, the house itself it’s gorgeous and very clean. It was the perfect fit for our group of 13. The host was super helpful and responded quickly. Would stay again!

Convenient location and very clean

We went with friends to see our son's band perform at the Newport Music Hall. There were 6 of us and it was plenty big enough. It was very clean and the location was convenient to High Street. The owner was very responsive. We couldn't figure out the heat and he responded within a couple of minutes. I would stay here again.

Christmas gathering

I love old houses and their quirkiness. This one fit the bill, especially with the squeaky original staircase. I was impressed by how well every square inch of the house was used. The kitchen was nice with excellent storage and top of the line appliances. It was the perfect place for a family gathering.
