The living area has great seating and a fireplace for nights in, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for the whole group. A large deck connected to the living area provides the perfect spot for sunset drinks and lake views. A nearby propane grill overlooks the lake for those summer cookouts, and enjoy more space in the backyard for outdoor dining and s’mores under the beautiful stars. There is complimentary wifi Internet access, Roku smart tv's, and a desk just in case work gets in the way.

Across the quiet East Lake Road, the cottage adds Keuka Lake fun and privacy. This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath home includes a queen bed and two XL twin bunk beds, plus a full kitchen, and cozy living space. The boathouse right on the water offers an additional space for games, a kids hangout or simply soaking in the scenery.

Outdoors, enjoy the water with 84 feet of private lake frontage where guests can swim, float, watch the boats, or explore the lake with a standup paddleboard or kayak. Take advantage of the private dock—perfect for sunbathing, fishing or docking your boat between water sports. The gravel beach and fire pit offer the ideal setting for roasting marshmallows under the stars. The grassy yard is great for yard games or lounging in the sun.
