1 bathroom only with bathtub double locked door which separates both bedrooms

Guests will have access to one car space in the carpark and to the use of the buildings facilities. Must respect body corporate rules for shared spaces like bbq etc

- ALL GROUP STAYS ARE MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
SUPER STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
The building facilities are controlled by the building and we cannot be held responsible if unavailable during your stay. No monies will be refunded.
Noise Policy:
Our apartment Is fitted with a noise monitor. The neighbours around us are permanent residents and it is important their condo's are also kept peaceful and respected. We always follow strict noise council regulations of strict quiet hours from 9pm and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gathering are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds and loss of security charge hold bond.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorise separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $50 per night per item used
- Booking tax notice: A $30 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation
Upon booking, you are agreeing to this requirements. Thank you.
You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary. The guest agrees to allow the agent and/or
appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at
any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints.
All repairs will be affected as soon as practicable.
On public holidays and after hours it may at times
prove difficult to get tradespeople straight away. We
will always do everything we can to minimise inconvenience caused but cannot issue partial refunds or give discounts.
Maintenance issues will not cause for discounts or refunds. Please report any maintenance issues, if any, as soon as possible after your arrival, so that we can have the opportunity to rectify for you in a timely and efficient manner
Only the number of persons advised on the website and confirmed booking, are permitted to occupy the premises.
In the event of renovation/building work being carried out near the premises, such work is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance, noise or inconvenience you may suffer as a result. No discount will be negotiated for any of the above.
We require a security charge hold bond $500 for your booking which is held externally. As pro/Api hosts with Airbnb, our company (BNB BOOKING) is permitted to do so.
