My son's family loved this house so much they didn't want to go anywhere else, although we did go thrift shopping and to downtown Southport one day. The house had all things for enjoying the sand and water. They had puzzles, and we played games and took long walks on the beach looking for shells. Our older grandchildren, our son, and his wife enjoyed riding the waves on the boogie boards. Linens, towels, and beach towels were supplied and we cooked most of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. Bryan was a great host and supplied every need. It was a great vacation!

Our stay at Oak Island was wonderful! The house was surprisingly well furnished - beach equipment, kitchen supplies and staples, etc. There wasn’t a single thing that made us say “oh man we wished we’d brought that.”House was in pristine shape in a fantastic location - easy jaunt to Publix, local dining, and a park across the street.

The property was everything we could ask for. Very clean and well maintained, right on the ocean with incredible views, loaded with amenities, excellent location to activities (pickle ball & basketball), and the area was not over commercialized. There were plenty of great restaurants within a short drive and Publix and a Farmers Market were right at our back door. What a great home to enjoy with family and friends. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Letties Landing won’t Let you down.

Talk about a perfect beach house! This house checks all the boxes. Its floor plan is done right with amazing views from living room and kitchen. Totally supplied from top to bottom of everything you need and then some. We spent 7 nights with 10 in our party with plenty of room. Fresh and clean property. Really good location for all Oak Island’s shopping and restaurant areas. Highly recommended and would stay there again.

This home was truly that, a luxurious home, right on the beach! Oak Island is a quaint beach town. The home was plenty big for our family of nine, six adults and three small children. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. This was a once in a lifetime stay for us!

This beautiful property exceeded our expectations. We would gladly stay here again. The home was spotless upon arrival and stocked with basic need items (toilet paper, laundry pods, etc.). We had a very short walk over the sand dune to reach the beach. The house had several beach items there for us to use including a wagon, beach chairs, sunshade, sand toys and much more! The ocean view from the third floor was spectacular. We won’t forget this trip or stay anytime soon!

Run Oak Island & Valentine Weekend Stay

We had a fabulous stay! The house was incredibly clean! It was decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked with everything you may need. We had a 10-month-old baby, and there were toys, high chairs, pack-n-plays, and everything you need for the baby on site. We hope to stay again in the future! Great place to stay and we highly recommend it.

What a fantastic place to celebrate my retirement with friends. They thought of everything! There's enough space to gather as a large group, both inside and outside, and there's enough space to sit by yourself or in a smaller group somewhere else. The fire table was perfect for the chilly evenings. Plenty of beach chairs and towels for everyone. The decor is just as nice as the pictures show. Plenty of parking. Kitchen had pretty much everything you could need. And, direct access to the beach. Everyone commented on how this was the PERFECT place for our gathering.

Wonderful! Very clean. Everything we needed and then some-kitchen, linens, toys! The view is spectacular. Thoroughly enjoyed both porches/decks-comfortable and cozy. The synchronized evening candle display was lovely. Close to play park and groceries.

By far the best beach house we’ve ever rented! The house is fully stocked, beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained. Loved the quiet beach, park with splash pad across the street, and walkable amenities. Great communication with the property manager. Will book again!

Family Vacation

Our family had a incredible stay at this beautiful oceanfront rental! The property was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was expertly stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the provided beach towels, chairs and toys. The location is perfect for exploring the area. Great location, great stay

Our group had a wonderful time at this house. We walked out the back door to the beach and then later down the road to restaurants. The house was coastal yet modern with nice finishes and every detail considered for your stay. Bryan, who was our point of contact, was communicative and accommodating. Our group left wishing we could’ve stayed another week!

Everything was high quality from the appliances to the utensils and that includes the TVs and Decor as well! They even had plenty of Beach items that can be used and they were also very high quality! Took our own stuff so really didn't need anything but it is nice to know they have so much available because it could help save in packing to get ready. The location was fantastic as well and we highly recommend it!

It was an amazing stay. We were extremely happy with the house and its location. It was clean and comfortable for everyone in our family including my nephew who’s autistic. The owner made sure that everything we could need was there. Their attention to detail even down to labeling where each item in the kitchen should go was so well planned. The facility was clean and ready when we checked in and there are directions and small signs for all the important equipment. The decor is well done and enhances the experience. Also, all the beach equipment is included.Great job team.

Worth It

The process was effortless, guest contact was welcoming, the house was better than expected, the area was cozy and stores and restaurants convenient. We were on the beach so enjoyed the fact that the house provided all we needed to enjoy the beach, including kites! Because we had elderly and handicapped with us the elevator was a winner.

Mother’s Day Weekend / Husband’s birthday Day

Everything was wonderful and we had everything you could thinking of and more. The home had a relaxing atmosphere that I cannot put into words. I wish we could have stay longer; memories were made. There was an unforeseen issue, but it was rectified promptly. Hopefully we are able to visit again soon.
