Stunning Huge Studio & Sunny terrace with Parking
A beautiful, renovated studio with a private alfresco terrace overlooking a large park. It has everything you need in a serviced apartment, including a huge king bed with a pillow-top mattress and a sofa bed. Spotlessly cleaned by hotel staff, with linen replaced and a light tidy for stays over 7 days. Located across from a large park and close to everything. Onsite parking available. Luxury Leif toiletries provided. Just a 2-minute walk to the Sydney Metro
The apartment is on the ground floor. You have your own private entrance and also in a very safe neighbourhood. We`ve set this up as a hotel style serviced apartment with everything you may required. Also there is a sheer curtain within the apartment so you can block off the bed area from the dining for additional privacy
(Please note we take sanitizing extremely seriously and to ensure we never have any contamination due to COVID-19. We use hospital grade disinfectant on all surfaces before any guests arrive we have our own professional cleaners to ensure a safe environment )
The guests have full private access to the apartment, it`s set up as a serviced apartment and guests staying over 7 days will receive weekly cleaning and linen change. All linen is Hotel grade and high quality. There is also a coin operated laundry at the rear of the building.
I live nearby and our office is down the street but unless you need to see me I won`t be there to meet you. We have after hours check in and security in the building
North Sydney is a fantastic neighbourhood. it`s just across the bridge from the CBD but is more residential. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets in the area. Nearby there is also Sydney`s famous Harbourside amusement park.
The bus to the city is about 2 minutes walk from the apartment, there is also North Sydney train station about 10 minutes walk (note its uphill from the station). If you want to take an uber it`s less than 5 minutes to the middle of the city. Also if you wanted to walk it`s about 45 minutes to walk across the bridge. North Sydney itself has everything you need from shopping to Supermarkets and many dozens of food options
For Parking: The unit has 1 dedicated outdoor parking space. If you arrive at 89 ridge st on the left side of the building is a narrow driveway (it`s wide enough for an SUV or truck but it`s quite tight). you drive all the way down the end of the driveway and park in the space marked unit 1 (please only park in this space).
Please keep the noise down between 9pm to 8am as it`s a quiet residential building
