The spacious and air-conditioned home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with ceiling fans in every room to keep you cool and comfortable. Stay connected with high-speed internet and enjoy your favorite shows on one of the 4 smart TVs. The private, fenced backyard with beautifully landscaped palm trees and lush plantings creates an oasis of relaxation and is perfect if bringing your furry family member (1 dog with prior approval from property manager).

In the winter months, pool heat is preset to 85 degrees but can be adjusted higher or lower upon request. LED pool lights also on for 3 hours each evening and can be extended or turned off upon request.

*We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.
*Security cameras face pool equipment on side of the house and outside front entry
