We understand how frustrating and unpleasant it would be to have a non-functioning sink, odor, and dishwasher backup during your visit, and we sincerely regret that this was not resolved sooner. This is not the experience we want for our guests. During your stay, a new garbage disposal has been installed, and the plumbing concern has been addressed. We are also reviewing our process for urgent maintenance issues so we can respond more quickly and effectively in the future. We also appreciate your feedback about the flooring. This is an older home (built in 1900) with some uneven flooring, and your comments are helpful as we continue improving the accuracy of our listing for guests who may have mobility concerns.
