As you enter this home, you'll be greeted by the main open living area and kitchen, a sanctuary of comfort and style. Anchored by a wall-hung TV, the living area offers comfortable seating to cuddle up with a movie. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-quality modern appliances featuring a full-size fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher, every convenience awaits your command. A full supply of serving utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, pots, and pans, ensures your every culinary need is met. Basic condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper are also provided.
Dine indoors or take your meals outside, where the coastal lifestyle comes to life. The alfresco area, framed by lush greenery, is ideal for relaxed outdoor dining while the enclosed patio with lounge seating and a BBQ offers the perfect spot to unwind in the afternoon sun. For ultimate relaxation, head to the pool areaâstretch out on a sun lounger or cool off with a refreshing dip.

From bedding to bath towels, mats to tea towels, every comfort has been thoughtfully provided and is included in our cleaning fee.
Should you need to refresh your wardrobe, a washing machine and dryer are available for your convenience. Embrace the perfect climate with ducted air-conditioning and heating available, ensuring your comfort no matter the season. Off-street parking is provided.

Getting Around:
By car, you are within a 5 - 10 minute radius to Mooloolaba Beach, Kawana Surf Club, Kawana Shopping World, the hospital and quick access to the motorway to take you in either direction to Noosa or Brisbane.
Bicycle: Kawana Island has bike paths and pedestrian-friendly areas, making it suitable for cycling. Riding a bicycle is an eco-friendly and healthy option for short-distance travel on the island.
Walking: With its pedestrian-friendly design, walking is a popular and enjoyable way to get around Kawana Island. Residents can walk to nearby parks, shops, and amenities.
Public Transport: While Kawana Island itself might not have its own public transport infrastructure, residents can use public buses or other transport options available in the broader Sunshine Coast region to reach and depart from the island.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
