The expansive backyard is mostly fully fenced, with the exception of the peaceful tree-lined creek along the left side of the property (when facing from the yard), which remains unfenced and should be supervised for children.
The home comfortably accommodates guests across three generous queen bedrooms, each thoughtfully set up with a desk and TV, ideal for both rest and remote work.
Bedroom 1 (Primary Bedroom): Queen bed, walk-in wardrobe with built-in desk, TV, ducted AC, ceiling fan and a spacious ensuite featuring a double vanity, toilet, and a luxurious double shower with windows overlooking the pool.

*Please note that this property is on tank water. As we are experiencing a dry period right now, we appreciate you being as conservative as you can with the usage of the water. Please also be mindful as its on septic, no sanitary items, wipes, chemicals, etc. to be flushed. We appreciate your understanding.
