Tucked into The Sebel Resort and bordered by peppermint trees, this architecturally designed home offers direct beach access and three floors of relaxed luxury. Enter through a private porch and into a sunlit foyer that leads to the heart of the home—a generous open-plan living room with plush lounges, a smart TV, and a gas fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day by the sea.

The adjoining dining area flows into a modern, fully equipped kitchen with stone countertops, island seating, quality appliances, and ample storage. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors connect this light-filled space to a covered patio and outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, alfresco dining, and sun loungers—all surrounded by mature peppermint trees and manicured gardens.

On the first upper level, you'll find three private bedrooms. The primary suite is a spacious retreat with a king-size bed, spa-like en-suite with round tub, dual vanities, and direct access to a large furnished balcony—ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and en-suite with bathtub, while the third bedroom offers two single beds and another private en-suite. Up on the third floor, the large group retreat includes a queen bed plus two single beds, its own lounge-style seating area with TV, and opens out to a private balcony set among the tree canopy. A full bathroom with bathtub is conveniently located just next door.

Additional comforts include reverse-cycle air conditioning in all rooms, a dedicated laundry with washer and dryer, a powder room on the ground level, and a secure two-car garage with internal access.
