THINGS TO NOTE:
â Please note that the townhouse features stairs, and all bedrooms are located on 2nd and 3rd floors. As such, it may not be suitable for small children or individuals with limited mobility. Please consider this before booking.
â The property has a Ring security camera located on the exterior of the front door. There are no cameras on the inside of the house.
â The small white motion sensors in some corners of the house are remnants of an old security system (they are not active).
â IMPORTANT NOTE FOR STAYS EXCEEDING 30 DAYS:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen items, laundry detergent and basic toiletries will be provided at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide these for the remainder of the stay.
â IDs:
As per our policy, we require each guest to provide a government issued photo ID and a selfie with an ID as an anti-fraud measure prior to check-in. You will not be allowed to check in unless we receive these documents.
