Set within the Tifton Cove neighborhood of Sawgrass Country Club, this second-floor home features an open layout that connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Large windows keep the interior bright throughout the day, while the balcony offers a quiet place to pause and take in the fairway views. Inside, the seating area includes an HDTV for relaxed downtime, and the atmosphere remains steady and comfortable with air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides full-size appliances and the space you need to prepare meals at your own pace. A dining table sits nearby for easy transitions between cooking and gathering, and a coffee maker is ready for slow-start mornings or a quiet afternoon break. A dedicated workspace and WiFi support any remote needs during your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, and its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom offers another king bed and flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom features two twin beds and storage that works well for families or friends. Fresh bed linens and essentials are provided.

Bathrooms & laundry
Two bathrooms serve the home, including the private ensuite in the primary bedroom. An in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays or days spent near the water, with towels and other essentials available.

Outdoor & shared amenities
The private balcony brings in coastal breezes and views of the par-3 3rd hole of the East Course. Guests also have access to a outdoor community pool available all year. Free parking is provided on the premises with space for two vehicles, and the unit includes a private entrance. Beach access is available through the Sawgrass community access point.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.
It is a 2nd floor condo with a flight of stairs up to the front door, and does not have a gym.
