The Space:
Bush's Serenity by the Sea by Tiny Away is a distinctive Bolwarra cabin getaway 10 minutes from Portlandâs seaside charm. Cozy up among blue gums and manna gums, the property offers grassy expanses, fruit trees ripe for picking, and spaces for gathering. A wellness studio, fire pits, and a playful kidsâ area add to the experience.
Explore nearby landmarks like Cape Nelson Lighthouse, Cape Bridgewater, and the Petrified Forest, the Great South West Walk (GSWW), all just a short drive away.
A comfortable, 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).
Guest Access:
We offer outdoor BBQ grill and fire pit areasâjust note they're off-limits during total fire bans.
Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding area. Restricted spaces include the big blue shed, the wellness studio (available only for booked clients), and the Olive shed, which is lived in by our son.
Wi-Fi is not available inside the tiny house but can be accessed elsewhere on the property.
Our private residence is off-limits as we value our privacy. The rest of the property is open for exploration, and taking a left or right at the end of the driveway offers enjoyable morning or afternoon walks.
The Neighborhood:
Bush's Serenity by the Sea is a cozy tiny home located in the coastal locality of Bolwarra, just 10 minutes from the seaside city of Portland. From the rugged cliffs of Bridgewater Bay to the ancient volcanic Budj Bim landscapes, the area unites maritime traditions, diverse wildlife, and geological marvels for a memorable coastal experience.
