Great stay!

I have been wanting to stay at the Molino de Agua condo building for years now, and Dawn's condo did not disappoint. Great location, beautiful grounds and a clean, spacious, and well stocked condo made this a great rental for our family vacation.

Great location

Property is as advertised. Kids enjoyed the pool and the wife and I enjoyed the Zona Romantica shops and restaurants. Definitely will stay here when i come back to PV

Wonderful stay!

As always we enjoyed our time in PV at Molino de Agua. The home and property were beautiful. Love the quiet retreat steps from the energy of the city and waterfront. Hosts were gracious and helpful! Highly recommend for families.

Great stay in PV!

This was a great condo located right in the Romantic Zone. Great views, pool and very friendly staff. Dawn gives you all the info you’ll need for a great vacation and her condo is well stocked. Lots of restaurants, shops right outside your door. Easy to walk to everything. Fun to see fireworks at night too. Great stay!

Wonderful condo in great area

We stayed for a week in March with another couple. We have stayed several times at MDA and this trip did not disappoint. Beautifully appointed condo and great communication with the owner and the property manager. Would definitely return.

From check in, to check out, this place was amazing. We will definitely be back. Staying up on the 8th floor gave views like no other. The bright, modern condo was inviting. We can't wait to come back next year.

Perfect

The condo unit and complex are perfectly maintained with great staff and amenities. The location is great, situated in the heart of old PV, with easy access to eateries, shops and activities.We had 2 units in the complex with a family ranging in ages from 1 - 77, and it was great.We hope to return again.

My friends and I had a marvelous stay in this beautiful condominium! The unit is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. This was my sixth stay at Molina de Agua and this unit is the best I have experienced.

Great building in a great location.

We’ve owned property in PV for 16 years and I would say this is probably the best beach front condo building in PV. Beautiful grounds and pool, good security and facilities. The unit is huge with nice bedrooms, bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. The sitting areas on the terrace provides one of the best views of the bay. From the floor tiles to the art work throughout the unit, just a really nice place to stay with friends or family.

Beautiful PV

Very tastefully decorated unit with outstanding view in safe secure building. I’ve stayed in several MDA units and this was very top notch. Well stocked with everything you could want or need for cooking enjoying the indoor outdoor life of PV. Well situated on the water and walking distance to everything. Communication before and during stay was complete and appreciated.

Fun in the sun

Dawns place is beautiful and has everything you need. Well stocked with all the essentials. Loved the stocked pantry. The layout was unique and updated beautifully. The only suggestion I would have is it might be time for some new beach towels. Thanks for a wonderful week. We will definitely be back.

Best building in all of Old Town

I can't say enough good things about this property - from the expansive breathtaking panoramic view of the pacific, to the perfect pool to the luxurious suite we couldn't have chose a better place. The security was tight, the pool staff were amazing, and the infinity pool was perfect for my 5 year old that doesn't swim. Lots of shallow areas for him. And being right on the Malecon was a treat. Truly an unforgettable 10 days.

AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL, RELAXING

One word- AMAZING. The condo was absolutely beautiful, location was perfect, Juan and Javier (checked us in) were extremely friendly and responsive!!! And Dawn, well, she was one of the best VRBO owners we have ever had the privilege of working with!!! Always responsive and timely to my many silly questions. We just loved the condo, loved to complex and LOVED the pool!!! We will book with MDA (and Dawn) again FOR SURE!!!!!

Wonderful Family Week

Our family week at Dawn’s condo was awesome. Our grandchildren (ages 11 and 9) enjoyed the pool and the nightly fireworks (Pirate Ship) seen from the condo’s balcony. The four adults appreciated the condo’s beach proximity and gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. The spacious condo is tastefully appointed with a full kitchen and three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The six of us were very comfortable in the spacious condo and appreciated the nearby Malecon, restaurants and, as always, the beach. In addition, Molino de Agua’s staff is friendly, accessible, and helpful.Thank you Dawn for the wonderful family week in your condo. We look forward to our next visit.Sincerely,The Magaña Family

Great getaway!

Upon walking into the condo I heard my Dad exclaim “wow” and that’s a good description of our stay, but not only our stay in the condo but the experience from booking to (sadly) heading home. Dawn was so responsive answering all of my questions down to where to get our Covid tests to return to the US. Everything was seemless and exactly as promised. The condo had everything we could ever need for an enjoyable stay. The location was great, walkable to all our favorite spots. The pool was heavenly, perfect spot to relax and enjoy a nice cold drink (I recommend a mango daiquiri). Ahh I knew writing this would make me wish I was still there, but we will be back. Thanks again Dawn for the “wow” it was our first trip out of country since we all hit pause for awhile and it was perfect.

Perfect condo with an amazing view

Absolutely stunning condo, located right on the Malecon in the heart of PV. The pictures are very accurate - although it's hard to capture the beauty of the view in pictures. The entire front end of this condo opens up to the ocean and all of Puerto Vallarta - I've never seen anything like it. All of the standard amenities were in perfect working order, and the kitchen was modern and extremely well stocked - everything needed to make full meals is available. The beach area is private and was setup with chairs and umbrellas every morning. The pool and grounds are beautiful, with lots of chairs and umbrellas available there as well. Tons of restaurants, shopping and bars nearby - no need for a car as everything we needed was within walking distance. The owner was very responsive and helpful, and the property manager was so kind checking us in and out. We were there for a week, so received maid service mid-week which was very nice. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a special week in Puerto Vallarta - we hope to come back soon!
