Encore lane is a Luxury Rental Property that sits in the heart of Palm Desert. This is brand new development, which was newly built in 2016. This home is furnished with a contemporary/traditional design. It has 4 bedrooms (1 master king, 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 bathrooms. Bathrooms have double sinks. The master bathroom has a stand up shower, bath tub, and double sinks. The home has an open floor plan with a spacious living room with a separate dining area. The home has a brand new kitchen and all new appliances. There is an Outdoor kitchen with private covered outdoor seating, bbq grill and bar. The home includes a gorgeous pool/jacuzzi with LED lighting. Approx. 5 mile distant from El Paseo shops, restaurants and The Living Dsert Zoo and Gardens. and Approx. 8 mile distance from The Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Golf Courses such as Desert Willow Golf Resort, Marriot's Desert Shadow Ridge Golf Club, Palm Desert Country Club, This property is surrounded by all the famous Golf Courses.

The host and their property manager were lovely. The house had all the basic necessities and a good layout, located in a good area of Palm Desert. The property just got taken over by new management and they are making improvements, but there are definitely amenities/decor that need to be added or upgraded to make the property feel more lux.

Layout and room sizes were good but furnishings were run down and dirty. No rugs at all. Some windows were missing coverings, including door in master bedroom. Mediocre bath towels. Pots and pans were not clean.

Great house for 8 people, lots of amenities

Our stay with friends and family was great, a very spacious house and lots of "nice to haves" such as toiletries in the master bathroom, lots of towels, and cleaning supplies available. However, I would only strongly recommend if the price was a bit lower. The two critiques I have were that the furniture is definitely lived in and not as nice as the pictures and we had trouble with heating the pool/jacuzzi on our last night. Other than that, we enjoyed our time here.

Not as nice as in the pictures. The stay overall was fine but the house could've been cleaner. It was kind of run down. For example, there was hair in the bathroom and the backyard was overgrown. The kitchen had most of what was needed but had definitely been used a lot. BBQ was nice but still dirty. It seemed to be more of solely a vacation rental, than "second home" someone would live in.

Great!

We loved our stay at this property! The house was very large, plenty of bedrooms and space. The pool and spa were great. We were able to control the temperatures of both on an app that we downloaded on our phone. We would stay here again!

Desperate need of TLC

Great location and floorplan. This rental needs some easy fixes for renters to feel like they want to come back. Front door does not stay shut unless you lock it. It is the only emergency exit from this house. You can go through the sliding door but there is no escape since side gate is locked and renters have no way to get out. Home is for 8 people. There are only 2 teaspoons, 6 knives, 5 forks, 3 wine glasses. Home should have acrylic dishes and glasses for outside use . No go mugs for taking a coffee for a morning walk. Umbrella has sun rot and can not even be used. Repair the fabric or get rid of the standing umbrella. Fire table is missing most of the lava rocks. Chairs have seat cushions but no back cushions. Uncomfortable Interior of home has several paint touch ups. Unfortunately painter used wrong type of paint and they are very noticeable. Rental for this home is high and I expected much more. It is rundown and in need of attention

Golf Trip

The property was ideal, especially with the 4 individual bedrooms. Moreover our host was very accommodating and would always respond to inquires promptly. We would certainly return and stay at this palm desert residence.

Nice but needs a few improvements.

Overall the house was modern with a nice kitchen and great room. Courtyard located near the door had some trash, the heater was somehow turned down maybe from owner remotely as I woke up to heater turned off and it was 50 degrees. Not enough blankets to overcome the cold. There was no closet to put my clothes in and one tiny bureau that was too small. Overall other than these small issues it was a nice house.

Clean and very kid friendly in furnishings.

Wonderful time! Very roomy and comfortable. One note: If you wish to use jacuzzi, must begin heating process many hours ahead of time. Top temperature obtained was 94 degrees.

Amazing and clean house

I can’t count on my fingers the amount of times we have returned back to this beautiful house. We were here in the summer in July and back again in November. The host Gohar is so nice, hands on and fast responsive. She makes sure everything is perfect for your stay. The house is always spotless with a beautiful and always clean pool. Amazing neighborhood alongside with amazing neighbors. We keep returning back and we will continue too. 10/10.

Clean and Beautiful house

We have been returning back to this house every time we travel to Palm Springs. This house is amazing and the owner Gohar makes the stay wonderful and easy to communicate with. The house is always spotless! We will be coming back every time !

Propane gas tank

It was inconvenient to go around to fill up the gas tank for grill. It would be a good idea to check in that for next guests We were in the middle of grilling when the gas ran out.

Fantastic Desert Getaway

This property was perfect for our group of friends! Beautifully furnished and well appointed for our needs. The pool and spa were an added treat to the hot desert sun and cool nights. The location was perfect too. Close to El Paseo where there are a number of wonderful shops and restaurants. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We’ll be back!

Great getaway for the weekend!

The house was exactly like the pictures! We loved everything about the house - the cleanliness, the huge open layout of the kitchen/living room, and the pool/jacuzzi. Gohar was very communicative throughout the process and even accommodated a late check out at a VERY reasonable price. This is a great property for a group. The main space is great for hanging out. The property is well appointed - we had everything that we needed. Pool is cold but hot tub is a great temperature! Would stay here again.

Great Palm Desert Stay

Excellent location in Palm Desert in a quiet neighborhood. There is construction happening close by like other reviews mentioned, but it was not noisy or bothersome at all during our stay. The pool and spa were perfect. The open floor plan was great, large kitchen and living area, we cooked most of our meals at the house. The fourth bedroom is right off the living room which worked fine for us but may be a problem for others that have people that like to stay up later to watch TV or hang out in family room or kitchen. Plenty of pool and bath towels. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Owner was quick to respond to any questions. The inside walls and baseboards could use a fresh coat of paint but did not bother us, it is a rental after all. We would rent here again and had a wonderful stay!

Holiday Week

We spent a holiday week here with adult family members. We really liked the spacious open Great Room area and the kitchen was good for eat-in meals. The spa was easy to heat and control via an app. The location provides good access to the local sites. We did notice the construction noise as referenced in a previous review, but it wasn't enough to spoil a great trip.

Nice but could be better

The house is as shown and has a great layout and most is quite comfortable. There is a very major construction project across the street behind the house that starts at 7am and produces an incredible amount of dust and noise. We felt that should have been disclosed. It looks like they are starting to build a new neighborhood so it could be a while. There are not closets available in the master or one of the other bedrooms and the closet in the hallway is cluttered with junk. The Pool is a great feature and the hot tub fab. Both are easily controlled through an app. Keyless entry works perfectly and would have appreciated a garage door remote control to be able to easily use the spacious garage Some areas in the house seem tired. The patio table has a lot of wear and tear. The dining room is missing a chair, the bar stools are wonky. The location of the house worked really well for us.
