Beautiful property. We enjoyed our time even in light of attending a memorial service of my loved one. The grass in back yard could have been better manicured so we could sit outside comfortably. Also the upstairs couch in the lounge area could be better cleaned of the hair. Overall this property is nice.

The pictures don't do this lovely house justice. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were spacious and updated with plenty of towels and bathroom amenities, and the bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Also the house is very close to downtown Memphis while having plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was lovely, plenty of space and nicely decorated throughout.The location was really good, tucked away so it was nice and quiet but really close by shops, bars and restaurants.We used it as a base to visit Graceland and it was maybe 15mins drive max, so really convenient.Would definitely choose again.

Great property with all the small touches

We stayed to attend a tournament at The Memphis sport and event center and the location was perfect for the tournament as well as for restaurants shopping and more. The house has been beautifully renovated and has a lot of great small touches like USB chargers and outlets by the bed. When we did have to reach out to the host they were extremely responsive. A great stay and we will be looking to return in the future.

The property was very clean, neat, and well put together. It was everything we needed for a weekend in memphis! The grass needed to be mowed, but that was not an issue for us because it rained all weekend anyways! :)

Kitchen was severely lacking in equipment (pots and pans) needed for meal preparation. Also, most VRBO provide a small amount of kitchen supplies (foil, plastic wrap) - this kitchen had none.

We know how important it is to have the right setup for meal prep, and after reviewing your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following:- We aim to provide a well-stocked kitchen that includes a variety of pots, pans, mixing bowls, storage containers, and a starter supply kit with items like dish soap, paper towels, and bottled water. It appears that several key items were missing during your visit, and we regret the oversight in catching that before your stay.- We've already ordered replacement cookware and supplies, and going forward, we’ve added a new process to help ensure all standard kitchen items are restocked, in place, and ready for each guest’s arrival.Thanks again for your helpful feedback as we continue working to provide the best possible experience for future guests!
