The balcony can be loud as it's located next to a main road however we've made up for that using comfortable furniture and a stylish design.

I will be accessible from 8am to 6pm for my guests either via phone or through the Airbnb app.

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
***PLEASE NOTE: There is a ring camera at the front door which monitors access into and out of the property. This is for the safety of my guests and property.
We have installed a noise detector within the property which monitors noise level. This does not record sound, it picks up certain frequencies of sound to ensure noise is kept at a reasonable level.
There are 4 keys provided to guests. A fob key for the garage, a master key to the building and 2 house keys. Please do not lose them as they come with a fee for replacement. Fees are as follows:
- Garage Key: $1100
- Swipe pass: $500
- House Key: $500
Fines for breaking rules:
- Party: $1000
- Smoking inside the apartment: $500
- Unauthorised guests staying at the property: $100 per person per night
Pool: Kindly avoid using the pool between 10 PM and 7 AM to keep the peace with our neighbors. Your cooperation is much appreciated!
Gym: Please treat the gym equipment with care and be mindful of others using the space. Thank you!
