The place is clean and tidy. The only downside is if you have heavy luggage to take to the floor. The guests are old ladies. But other than that the stay was good.

The apartment is in a good location. It has everything you need and its closeness to the beach is a bonus. We were able to walk everywhere in the local area and with so many cafes, restaurants and Clubs to choose from it’s a perfect spot. The fact we had our own parking bay at the front of the apartment was terrific because parking in Cronulla is a nightmare. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Communication with the Host was clear and easy.

Good location, quite a nice apartment, the building is quite old, but the location is really what your paying for. It has all amenities that you need and we enjoyed staying here. Only downside was that when we checked in there were cigarette buts in the main bedroom drawers, bottles of opened wine and pizza box with old pizza in it, in the wardrobe. I emailed the agent about the issue but no response. It seems whoever was paid to do the cleaning of the apartment (or if the owner does the cleaning) missed inside the wardrobe and the chest of drawers. Just not a good look when your staying somewhere.

Hi Liam I am very sorry to hear about the rubbish hidden by the previous guest. I have checked my emails and Vrbo message history but I can't find the email from you, reporting the rubbish and I certainly would have sent the cleaners back to fix it. I did find other communications from you, including a request to extend your booking but none of these mentioned any cleaning issues. I will bring this to the attention of my cleaners to be more thorough for future guests. Also to be clear for future guests, all of our properties are nonsmoking and non-vaping. Regards Peter

The property was a bit tired and beds were kind of average. Location was fabulous and so close to everything. We informed the agent of the things that needed refreshing and a bit of a fix up so hopefully those will be addressed and the next guest enjoys a little upgrade.

Perfect family getaway

My family and I loved staying at this beachside apartment. We loved the location- walking distance to beaches, rock pools, cafes and playgrounds. The apartment was nicely stocked with supplies. The bedrooms would benefit from block out blinds but it wasnt a big issue. Overall a great stay!

Cronulla Short Break

It was wonderful to be so close to the ocean, scenic walks, pools, restaurants, cafes, shops and transport. The apartment whilst compact was well appointed. Communication with the agent was exceptional. Would recommend to others and wwould book again.

Cronulla Beach Stay

The apartment was in an amazing location! Easy to get around by foot to shops, restaurants and beaches! The apartment was light and airy and had everything you need! Such a great space to stay for the week we had it for! Would highly recommend this stay to anyone and would stay here again

I had a great stay in Cronulla, the apartment is clean, quiet and really centrally located and became a little home away from home. All the facilities you need for an extended stay.

Perfect location

The property manager Peter was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Couldn’t fault the stay, apartment wasn’t flashy but had everything you need and terrific location, walking distance to absolutely everything.

Enjoyed the location with easy access to town and beach. Unit was comfy with air con and washing machine so accommodating for a longer stay in the summer. Vrbo agent very responsive.

Perfect place in Cronulla

First, the flat was just the right size for the three of us, and could very easily house four people. There was plenty of storage, the kitchen was well appointed and equipped, and its proximity to the beaches in Cronulla was perfect! It's a great place to stay - close enough to Sydney while being just far enough away to allow for peace and quiet. And, thanks to Peter at Shire Agents for his professionalism and care. We highly recommend this holiday rental.
