BEDROOM 2: 2 single beds which can sleep adults but also perfect for little ones with play toys, play kitchen and outdoor swing.

DOWNSTAIRS
Leads into the
LAUNDRY/3RD BATHROOM with washer and dryer - large clothes line just outside the laundry door

RUMPUS: smaller 2nd TV room with blockout curtains for that cinema feel. Cabinets are fully stocked with board games and Barbie ( to go with the dream house) plus a 2nd tv to watch Netflix/YouTube * ceiling fan

BEDROOM 3 : 1 double bed and is like a mini studio room - very spacious ….It also has it’s own outside door access * ceiling fan

BEDROOM 4 : sleeps 3 kids or adults and is our bunk room with 3 built in single beds. The upper 2 beds are suitable for those aged 9 and above for safety due to only one side having a safety rail
*use at your own risk should you sleep anyone under 9. * ceiling fan

OUTSIDE: We have an upper and lower outdoor area which includes a ninja style play course and gazebo with lots of space to play ball or ride any “bring your own” bikes, scooters or skateboards and is fully enclosed.

*We can move the single bed from the smaller upstairs bedroom into the studio room downstairs to sleep in the same room as the double bed should you wish to sleep 3 people in this room.
