3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies..
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 15 guests unless prior approval is obtained.
By respecting these rules, you help us provide a welcoming and enjoyable stay for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation. Fees & Charges may apply if not followed.
For non-airbnb bookings a security bond hold is charged 3 days before booking and released 3 days post. The bond is $500.
