Great retreat for working business

Location was needed for a weekend planning session for an upcoming conference. Needed a space for 8 individuals with room to spread out materials and meet. Beds were very comfortable, lots of extra space that unfortunately we ran out of time to enjoy (pool table and simply watching TV).

Just what we needed

Our stay was perfect!! We were in town for a wedding, and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The host was prepared with dining suggestions for us and things to do in the area, but we didn’t have too much time to spare. There was tons of room for all of us though, and enough bathrooms to keep everyone happy while trying to get ready. The pool table kept the kids entertained in their down time, and the patio gave mom a much needed spot to relax. Thanks so much, we hope to stay again soon!!

Wonderful rental house

Our extended family stayed here for a couple days and the house was perfect. It's so spacious and 'feels like home'. Was able to get in touch with Casey very quickly when I had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

A Place Like Home

We were looking for a place for our family to stay while we were attending a family wedding. We had two of our grown children and their families with us. This place was spacious and very well furnished. We had a great time. So many things to do in the area. We would rent this home again.

Quiet, private and roomy!

We didn't use the mother-in-law suite because our family had to cancel, but we enjoyed the space! We were hopeful of finding check-out instructions, but there were none, and it was difficult to get back into the VRBO site to make contact. Probably the fault was on our end. The property was good, comfy and quiet; easy to find and close to grocery store.

Christmas Trip 2022

Overall the house was great. Beds comfortable, house clean, big enough to accommodate our group. Areas for possible improvement - there are no "regular" height chairs (all are bar stool height) so difficult for older people and frankly just not comfortable for any period of time; also could use a few more pots, pans and skillets - but otherwise VERY nice house and would go there again for sure!

Softball Weekend

Needed a place to stay with family and teams coach. Was a great location to the softball fields and very roomy. Was clean and had all the essentials. Loved the pool table for entertainment.

Recent Stay for Son's HS Graduation

The house is beautiful and easily accommodated 7 adults with separate bedroom arrangements for all and personal private bathrooms for all. We were able to have a BBQ in a nice-sized lawn and the house was very accommodating. We all loved the pool table as it was a hit with everyone! The Lakeland downtown was quaint and beautiful and we would definitely stay there again!

Business Retreat

This people was phenomenal for our retreat. It allowed us to come together and be empowered but also with the layout of the home we were able to be in our private space when needed. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The location is close to interstate and malls. I will be back! I was there for business but its a must that I go back for relaxation.

Great Location!

This property served as our families base during graduation events in Lakeland. It had ample space for entertaining and just plain hanging out. We would definitely use this property again!

House was 10 minutes from the venue where my graduation was. Plenty big enough for 6 people. Only negative thing the person who stayed before us cooked eggs in a pan and put it under the sink.

Spacious

The home was fairly comfortable and was very spacious. Property owner was very quick to respond and accommodated our request for an early check in. The area was quiet and peaceful, but still close to the grocery store and places to eat.

Great communication

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Casey was very prompt to respond to my questions and when we discovered the grill wasn't working, he had a brand new one to us within hours. Would definately stay here again if we were in the area.
