Discover Mid Century Magic, a stylish 4-bedroom Ardross retreat perfect for families or groups. Two living areas, two bathrooms, and a gourmet kitchen make staying together effortless, while secure parking and centralized cooling add convenience. Dine al fresco with the BBQ, let kids relax in their own lounge, and enjoy nearby highlights—Garden City Mall a short walk, Applecross Village cafés just 5 min drive, with freeway access to Fremantle, Perth CBD, airports, and the coast.
We leave you to enjoy your stay in peace, but we are available to answer any questions or see to any issues during your stay. We can be at the property within 30 minutes if required.
Ardross is an affluential suburb with large beautiful shady trees.
Applecross high school is across the road
Garden City Shopping Mall is 5-10 minutes walk and only 3 minutes drive where you can find Wollworths, Coles, foodcourt, cafes and local boutiques.
Freeway is 5 mins away leading to North (Hilarys, Karrinyup , Lancelin etc ) and South (Fremantle, Dunsborough, Augusta etc)
Murdoch Hospital is 10-15 minutes drive
Perth International and Domestic Airport is 25 minutes drive
Fremantle is 15 minutes drive
Perth city is 20 minutes drive
Applecross village is 5 minutes drive with a street of local cafes and restaurants
You will have access to the entire property during your stay.
Enter via the front gate (on Lealt Pl) and there is space for 1 car to park under the sail shade. 2nd car space can be parked via the garage roller door from Leverburgh St.
Front half of the house from the entrance is the 1st living room with TV designed for the kids to hang out. Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom - King bed with large wardrobe space and ensuite bathroom with toilet.
Back half of the house sits 3 more bedrooms , larger living room with TV , 8 seater dining table and a gourmet kitchen with all your essential cooking needs.
Bedroom 2 - king sized bed and a larg wardrobe space
Bedroom 3 - Queen sized bed and a large wardrobe space
Bedroom 4 - 2 King single beds and a large wardrobe space
Laundry area- Washing machine, IronBoard, and plenty of cupboard space

Back of the house is a doorway to a 1 car parking garage space (enter via Leverburgh st) and an Outdoor dining area with BBQ

Our home in Ardross is perfectly positioned between the Swan River and the city’s major transport arteries, making it incredibly easy to get around whether you’re using public transport or a car.
By Train (Fast City Access)
Canning Bridge Station: A 5-minute drive or a quick bus ride takes you to this major transport hub. From here, the Mandurah Line train will whisk you into the Perth CBD in just 8–10 minutes.
Direct Connections: This station also provides a direct link south to the city of Mandurah and the Rockingham foreshore.
By Bus
Canning Highway Routes: Just a short walk away, Canning Highway offers high-frequency bus services (like the 910). This route is a guest favorite as it runs every 15 minutes and connects you directly to the historic port of Fremantle in one direction and the Perth CBD in the other.
Riseley Street Hub: Nearby stops also provide links to the Applecross dining precinct and the Westfield Booragoon bus interchange.
On Foot & Lifestyle
