Relax in this Family Mansion that sleeps 10 adults comfortably and not yet including your infants and toddlers! Boasting 5 large bedrooms of King and Queen sized beds, 3 Bathrooms, 4 toilets , 2 dining areas, 2 living rooms with TV, a separate study desk area overlooking the games room with a full size pool table and an outdoor alfresco with a 10 seater outdoor dining to enjoy your 'Aussie outdoor BBQ' experience.
Large kitchen with everything you need to whip up a meal for the visiting fami
We leave you to enjoy your stay in peace, but we are available to answer any questions or see to any issues during your stay. We can be at the property within 30 minutes if required.
Situated in a quiet cul de sac , the neighborhood houses similar sized family houses and just 5 mins walk across is a park and a playground.
Your closest neighborhood mall is Kardinya Shopping Centre and you can find Coles supermarket, Kmart and some local stores and vendors.
You will need a car as it is quite a distance to walk out to the main road to catch any public transport.
Perth city is about 18KM and 18 mins away drive.
Fremantle is 7KM away and only 8 mins drive.
You will have access to the entire property during your stay.
Garage is locked for owner's private access only but there is plenty of parking on the paved driveway or roadside.
Drive your trailer, campervan, SUV and park comfortably in the driveway or by the roadside in the safe cul de sac and enjoy this large family retreat with games room and an alfresco with BBQ!
Front wing of the house sits the main dining area, small living area with TV and the main Master bedroom (see below)

- Living room lounge 1 : next to front entrance and formal dining area with Flat screen smart TV
Seperated from the front Master bedroom and divided by a door from the main living area you will find the back wing of the house that sits 4 bedrooms with 1 room having it's own ensuite bathroom. A second shared bathroom and separate toilet and laundry room can also be found on this back half of this part of the house.

Bull Creek & Murdoch Stations: You are perfectly positioned between two of the main stations on the Mandurah Line. A quick 5-minute drive takes you to either station, where you can hop on a train and reach the Perth CBD in just 12–15 minutes.
