WHAT YOU'LL LOVE...

- Stand-alone home located in a complex of 3 villas. There is a large communal driveway for easy access. Located close to an intersection with traffic lights.

- There is a double garage for convenient parking. As you enter, you'll notice the private entrance with a secured pedestrian gate, providing both privacy and security. The front door is equipped with a modern digital door lock for your peace of mind.

- The first bedroom, located towards the front of the property, offers a view out to the side of the property. It features a stylish queen bed frame with a comfortable mattress, bedside tables, and lamps on either side for your convenience. Additionally, a study desk with a chair and lamp is available, providing a comfortable space for work or study during your stay. There's a walk-in wardrobe with hanging space and a chest of drawers, perfect for hanging your clothes and storing other personal belongings.

- Located off bedroom 1, you will have access to a private ensuite bathroom well-equipped with a shower, toilet, large mirror located above the vanity, and a sink/vanity with below drawers & cupboard space for convenient storage.

- Bedroom 2 offers a loft-style bunk bed with two single-size beds (there is a ladder to access the top single bed) - ideal for maximising space! A study desk with drawers and a chair creates a designated workspace - perfect for the student or business traveler, accompanied by a table lamp for adequate lighting. The room also includes a double wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors. *Please note that the ceiling fan is not working in this space.

- Bedroom 3 is furnished with two comfortable single beds, adorned with a bedside lamp and a table located conveniently between the two beds. A ceiling fan ensures a pleasant atmosphere for the warm summer evenings. The room also includes a double wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors. Security window shutters provide an added layer of safety and privacy.

- The main bathroom offers a sink/vanity, wall wall-mounted mirror above the vanity, a shower, and a bathtub with a handheld shower head - perfect for bathing your little ones! Below cupboard space to vanity also - very handy for storing any belongings!

- Handy separate toilet available off the hallway to the bedrooms.

- The inviting living room boasts a wall-mounted smart TV for entertainment, a comfortable modular five-seater sofa, perfect for relaxation and watching Netflix, and a coffee table for your convenience. There are also some reading books and magazines for your enjoyment. Easy access to your private courtyard via the glass sliding doors.

- Adjacent to the living room is a lovely dining area! Rectangular timber dining table with seating for six, creating a seamless space for entertaining and dining.

- Wonderful, modern kitchen with plenty of bench and cupboard/drawer space. Offering a full-sized fridge/freezer, gas cooktop with 4 burners, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine with a milk frother, and dishwasher. This light & bright space is perfect for cooking meals for family and friends.

- The laundry is equipped with a trough with above and below cupboards for storage and a front loader washing machine for your laundry needs. Enjoy the added convenience of accessing an outdoor clothesline via the glass sliding door from the laundry.

- Enjoy the convenience of your own private courtyard where a spacious glass table with seating for six awaits, making it a perfect spot for outdoor dining and drinks.
