The Space:
Fully equipped with air conditioning in the main indoor living area, in each bedroom, cable TV, and high-speed WiFi, this villa features both city and garden views, creating a retreat that keeps you close to all the excitement.

With a private entrance and a sparkling swimming pool exclusively for you, plus convenient on-site parking for 3 cars, this villa has everything you need for a worry-free stay. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and there is also a toilet for guests.
Room Sizes: Each room is spacious, measuring approximately 32 square meters, and features brand-new super king beds, while the master is just over 40 square meters. These beds are incredibly comfortable, paired with high-quality pillows and premium sheets for a restful night’s sleep. Enjoy the luxury of hot showers with excellent water pressure.


Perfectly located, the villa is just 5 minutes from the airport, a short walk from local warungs, and a further 5-7 minute walk brings you into downtown Kuta, lively shopping areas and a further short walk down to Jerman beach.

There are exhilarating water parks, and a wide range of water sports all within a short Grab or Gojak ride. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore, this villa is the ideal base for a memorable Bali getaway.

Daily cleaning service is provided if needed, with linen changes twice a week for longer stays. Enjoy hot, ice-cold, and room-temperature filtered water at your convenience all supplied.

We can also arrange airport pick-up for an additional fee, making your arrival as smooth as possible.

The property is surrounded by 9-foot walls and a lockable gate for complete security, complemented by local area security. The neighbourhood is hassle free from vendors trying to sell you a massage or singlet every 15 steps, and there are very friendly local small business with good local food. There is a large supermarket (Ayu Nade), near the small foodcourt at the top of the alley (near the main road), where you will find most supplies including fresh fruits and veges if your into cooking. The small foodcourt also has a great little juice stand for a morning boost.

Smoking is permitted outdoors. However, parties and loud noise are not encouraged to ensure a peaceful environment for the neighbourhood. Feel free to make the villa your home, but please respect the property and our staff. Any violations will be addressed promptly.

14. ⁠Brazilian/Aussy Bbq, all you can eat. A bit more expensive, but still cheap for western standards. They come round with different meat skewers continuously, good salads and buffet - 5 minutes at lippo mall
15. Lots and lots of local warungs, street food and restaurants - 3-10 minutes walking
16. ⁠Airport, 7 minutes walking, in a car or faster on a bike, but not on the flight path.

We are near a mosque, so if you are sensitive to the noise of call to prayer then this may not be for you. I live in close proximity most of the time, and it doesn't bother me.

Getting Around:
Use Grab or Gojak for cheap and reliable transport from the app.

Other Things to Note:
The water dispencer has a red button you need to push back for safety.
