The Space:

Exploring the lower level, you’ll find an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area designed for effortless relaxation and connection. The inviting living room with an L-shaped sofa is the ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach, while the separate media room features a fold-out couch and wall-mounted TV—perfect for late-night movies.



Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a spacious island and a butler’s pantry nook for extra storage and meal prep. Dine at the timber table for ten or step onto the covered patio for a BBQ and alfresco seating for eight, all perfectly connected for social gatherings. After indulging, bask in the sunshine by the private pool, surrounded by sun loungers and lush tropical gardens.



When it's time to recharge, escape to the stylish king bedroom on the lower level for a restful retreat, conveniently located near the main bathroom, where you can indulge in a long soak in the freestanding bathtub. Exploring upstairs, you’ll find two beautifully appointed primary suites each featuring a king bed, walk-in robe, and private ensuite - perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. A third bedroom, with two king single beds, is ideal for families or friends, with a separate bathroom close by for added convenience. This level also boasts an additional living area that flows onto a private balcony, where you can soak in the fresh coastal breeze and take in the stunning mountain views. A full laundry with a washer and dryer ensures all the comforts of home during your stay.



Stay cool with central air conditioning and ceiling fans. A double lock-up garage for two cars and additional driveway space for two more, ensure seamless arrivals and departures.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Set in the heart of Palm Cove, this home is just a ten-minute walk to the beach, where you can take a refreshing dip in the ocean or unwind under the shade of swaying palms. From there, wander along the Esplanade, home to boutique shops, vibrant cafés, and an array of dining experiences. Savour bold Asian flavours at Temple of Tastes, modern Australian dishes at Nu Nu, or the renowned whipped barramundi at Miguel’s. Golf enthusiasts can hit the greens at Paradise Palms Golf Course, only a seven-minute drive away. As the day winds down, head to Palm Cove Jetty, just five minutes from home, for a stunning sunset over the water.



Getting Around:

Parking: There are two free parking spots available in the garage, and the driveway can accommodate two additional vehicles.



Airport: 24 minutes by car, or 1 hour by bus (including a 15-minute walk).



Public Transport: 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
