The villa has recently been updated with several new improvements, including a remodeled kitchen with freshly painted cabinetry, quartz countertops, and new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring. The primary bathroom has also been completely renovated, featuring a walk-in shower, a new vanity, updated lighting, and LVP flooring, creating a fresh, modern feel throughout the home. The spacious living area is comfortably furnished and includes a flat-screen TV, with easy access to the bright sunroom.
