Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. This unit’s balcony is projected to be closed beginning around May 2026 and may remain unavailable for a few months while work is being completed. The main impacts during your stay may include construction noise during working hours and possible parking adjustments. Typical construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During these hours, the pool is closed. The pool is currently open from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends.
