Located just 10.5 miles from the UF Stadium and O’Connell Center, you can

reach campus in as little as 15 minutes when there’s no event traffic.

Gainesville Airport is just a short 15-25 minute drive away, and downtown

Gainesville is within 10-20 minutes for great dining, shopping, and

entertainment. Plus, with nearby parks and direct access to the local bike

House Rules:



* No parties. No exceptions

* External cameras on property for security

* Guest count over 12 with additional $25 fee per person/per night \- must reach out with final guest count

* Max guest occupancy is 16

* Incorrect guest occupancy will result in fines and/or eviction

* Excessive cleaning will result in additional fees

Hot Tub Use Agreement:



* Maximum 2 adults at a time (designed capacity).

* No glass in or around the hot tub area.

* No parties or additional guests permitted in hot tub area.

* Shower before use (no lotions, oils, or spray tans).

* No food in the hot tub.

* Replace cover and secure after each use.

* Be careful with the cover, for a damaged cover a $200-500 fee will apply

* Use at your own risk — children must be supervised at all times.

* Report any maintenance issue immediately.

* Tampering with hot tub components or draining the unit is prohibited.

* If water requires full drain/refill due to misuse, a $150–$250 service fee may apply.
