Beach Neighbourhood Oasis

Welcome to our newly built 2 bedroom oasis. Only a few blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Parksville/Qualicum area. We are a family of 5 who love to travel and explore and have created this space for families alike.
This ground level suite has been set up to make this vacation/work stay as comfortable as possible. It is located in a very desirable and quiet neighbourhood in Parksville and only a few blocks from the beach.
when you first enter into this suite you will walk into a mudroom. There are plenty of hooks to hang jackets and sweaters, a shoe rack and a place to store beach accessories for your stay. We have included a cooler, 2 beach chairs, sand toys and beach towels for your use while you stay with us. Outside the entrance will also be a clothing rack in case you want a warm place to hang/dry towels or beach gear.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, designated work area, 50" tv and tons of natural light. There is no cable however a Roku is connected for you to sign into your own Netflix of Disney accounts.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed, double mattress on the bottom and a twin up top. There is a small closet and a large nest chair to curl up in. Hanging on the wall is also a 32" tv where you can login to your favourite streaming platforms.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a hot plate, toaster oven, kettle, full sized fridge and a Keurig coffee maker that can make a pot of coffee using your own ground beans or use the pods for a single cup (4 coffee pods included but no cream). A few ice packs will be in the freezer in case you need them for the cooler.
Wifi and parking are free, the wifi information will be provided to you upon check in. There are spots for two cars max and must be parked behind one another. Please refer to the photos of where to park.
IMPORTANT to note: there is a private inground pool in our backyard and unfortunately not included in the rental. There is a gate that separates your area from our backyard but if this is something that makes you uncomfortable when travelling with young kids, this may not be the rental for you.
Additional add on rental items:
A) 2 adult kayaks - $20 each for the day
B) 1 child sit upon kayak - $10 for the day
C) propane fire pit (includes propane) to enjoy a beach fire - $20/day
D) Family S'more kit - includes supplies for 8 marshmallow s'mores and 2 roasting
sticks. Sorry we cannot accommodate this kit for those who are gluten free - $20
E) personal grocery shopping to stock kitchen before you arrive - $50 fee plus cost
of groceries.
