To ensure a respectful and enjoyable stay for all guests and neighbours, please review the following rules:
No parties or events – this is a quiet residential neighbourhood.
No smoking inside the house. Smoking outdoors is permitted, but please dispose of cigarette butts thoughtfully.
No loud noise after 11:00 PM.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight unless prior approval has been given.
Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing.
Please use lounge protector covers if your pet or child will be sitting on the furniture.
Bins must be placed out on Thursday night for Friday morning collection (at the carport entry).
Please water the garden if your stay exceeds a few days — it’s much appreciated.
Do not tamper with or disable any smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, or security equipment.
Please keep the Leif amenity bottles — we refill these between stays to reduce waste.
