Friends and Family Fun Times at Foxton Beach

Come to the wonderful Foxton Beach and enjoy time with family and friends. Close to the estuary and sunset walkway and a 2 minute drive to the ocean beach. It’s a short walk to the Four Square store, a dairy, 2 fish and chip shops, the boat ramp for putting in your JetSki or boat, the wharf for fishing, 2 kids’ playgrounds including a flying fox and tennis courts plus 2 pump tracks.
This is a large family home with a front guest suite of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette and another 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining room at the rear. It has all mod cons, including 2 smart tvs, stereo, washer/ dryer combo, 2 dishwashers, heatpumps for heating in the winter and cooling in the dinner plus a cool gas flame heater for a cosy night in on a cold winter’s night. Air fryer, a full kitchen and separate kitchenette, bread maker, waffle maker, toaster maker, barbecue, 2 microwaves, 2 fridge- freezers….There are lots of toys and indoor games.What else do you need?
Fabulous indoor/ outdoor living, fully fenced, a playhouse for the kids and a trampoline. The outside sleepout can sleep 3 and is classed as the 5th bedroom.
There’s off street parking for 5+ cars too.

Please leave the house as clean as it was when you arrived (full cleaning supplies provided).

There are some beach towels you can use if needed, but please leave them clean and folded on your departure.
