This split-level holiday home enjoys an elevated living space which overlooks the ocean glimmer. Cosy leather couches comprise the lounge, which benefits from the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace.

A sleek, modern kitchen boasts a centre-island bench, while a gorgeous separate dining room is surrounded by picture windows to maximise the view.

Beachfront Favourite sleeps up to fourteen guests across four bedrooms, with a variety of bedding configurations ideal for two families. An additional rumpus provides an array of entertainment, while two bathrooms complete this convenient setup.

A beautifully landscaped outdoor living space is comprised of a concrete patio, BBQ and outdoor fireplace, while outdoor seating and a trampoline overlook the sand dunes through to the sea.

You’ll appreciate a gate with direct access to the sandy shores of Foxton Beach, which provides a hub of activity including fishing, surfing and swimming.

This beachside site enjoys ample off-street parking, while you’re in walking distance to a handful of local cafes, the Foxton Beach Recreation Reserve, tennis court and skate park. The amenities of Foxton’s town centre are just within a 10-minute drive.

While beach access is via a gate, adults should ensure the gate is shut to prevent young children from accessing the beach unsupervised.

All guests should take care in the back garden as there is a retained section without a barrier to prevent falls.

There is a trampoline in the garden but as there are no safety mats, all guests should take care if using this and only allow one person on the trampoline at a time.

All guests are encouraged to use the handrail when accessing the internal stairs as they are quite steep.

There are security cameras placed at the entrance to the property that will be operating for added security during your stay. Please do not touch or reposition these.
