Thank you for choosing the villa for your company trip—we’re so glad it was a great fit for your group. Villa Sozo, It’s the perfect space for gatherings, meals together or simply enjoying time in the home. Those shared moments are what make group stays so special. We also appreciate your kind mention of the team. And thank you for pointing out the access and getting around—very helpful for future guests planning their stay. Hola Sean! We appreciate your kind review about your stay at Villa Sozo. We'd love to see you back in Costa Rica, don't hesitate to reach out when you are in Tamarindo again. Best regards from the Five Star Tamarindo Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are thrilled to hear that you found the home lovely, spotless, well-kept, and in an excellent location! We hold our customer service to very high standards, and we are reviewing our communication protocols regarding on-site cooking requests to ensure these extra services are always handled smoothly and seamlessly. Regarding check-out, we always try to accommodate late departures when scheduling allows. However, when a new guest is arriving the same day, our team requires full access to all areas—including the living and dining rooms—to perform the deep cleaning and staging that ensures the home is 'spotless' for the next arrival. We always aim to be as accommodating as possible, which is why we were happy to coordinate an area for you to drop off your luggage while you enjoyed the town as agreed. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused while you waited for your ride. Finally, we appreciate your note regarding the approach to the property. While the hillside location grants us beautiful, elevated views, the local roads have been a challenge. We are thrilled to share that the local municipality has officially confirmed and scheduled the paving of this road for this year, with completion expected in just a few short months! Thank you again for your feedback, and we look forward to welcoming future travelers to our freshly paved paradise
