Belle maison sur la plage du coucher de soleil

Casa Royal est une belle maison en bord de mer situé à Potrero. Cette 7 chambres, 4 1/2 salle de bain, la maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances amusantes et relaxantes. Il a été entièrement rénové en Juin ici 2016. L'océan est à quelques pas de chaque chambre et peut être admirée depuis le grand balcon, où vous pouvez avoir des dîners au clair de lune tout en sentant la brise de l'océan. En plus de la vue magnifique. Il est également très proche de restaurants, boutiques, magasins et de bars épicerie. Vous pouvez faire des promenades sur la plage et dans 15 minutes vous êtes dans Flamingo ou tout simplement se détendre et prendre de longues baignades dans la mer et à la fin avoir votre cocktail préféré tout en regardant le coucher de soleil devant vos yeux !! Si vous aimez la mer ce est l'endroit à être !!! Piscine a été ajouté Octobre 2013

Beautiful house, great location. Pool is awesome, Beach is perfect and private and walk into town! Loved every minute. Highlight is Rita, the chef. Cooked us fabulous breakfasts and dinners almost every day.

Pura vida at casa royal

Our family of 14 enjoyed every minute at Casa Royal. We had a wide range of ages in our group, and all had an equally amazing time. The proximity to the beach, the market and other nearby activities was great. And what can I say about our chef, Rita. She is very talented and provided a restaurant quality experience with a soulful and heartfelt touch. She made our trip the memorable experience it was. Not a thing.

Gorgeous property

The home was just beautiful. Waterfront gorgeous landscape. Sunsets. Out door patio amazing. A few minor things. One sink in master the drain would not open. Would be nice to have kayaks or bikes. Would be nice to proceed a few condiments like coffee etc.

fabulous family vacation

property was perfect for our family stay. we lived the pool and beach. wonderful outdoor spaces to hang out. Best of all was our chef. Rita made the trip so relaxing. excellent meals!

Rita fed us like royalty!

Best vacation ever! The staff, concierge and drivers were amazing. The house and yard are lovely. We really enjoyed the pool and sunsets on the veranda. I love that it was so well stocked with everything from kitchen basics to hair dryers. The two washers and dryers were put to good use. But the very best part was having Rita feed us two delicious meals each day. Better than ANY restaurant.

Awesome rental for a large group

This house was perfect for our group of 13. Walking distance to restaurants, a market & massages on the beach. We LOVED having Rita & her daughter cook for us each day. It was such a nice service & a surprisingly good value. Margue the concierge was extremely helpful at coordinating transfers & excursions & super quick at answering any questions we had. We found the heat mid-day to be a little oppressive but loved hanging out on our covered front patio with fans it was comfortable for our morning coffee or evening wine. Definitely a highlight of the house. We would highly recommend this house!

Beautiful home

House was great!! We had 12 people and had plenty of space for us to all hangout. The cook Riata is a wonderful cook. Every meal was delicious. We all had a wonderful time.

Big fun in Portrero

House was awesome! Pool and backyard are as good as advertised and shown in pictures. Beach and sandy ocean just a few steps away. Rita was the best part of the trip, as we relaxed and she prepared two great meals every day.

Amazing views and location

The house was better than the pictures! We had 8 adults and 7 kids at the house, there was plenty of room and the outside living space is amazing! The outdoor table fit our whole family. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach front was very swimmable for the kids . We walked to several restaurants and bars all were kid friendly. We will be back!! The road directly in front of the house is unfinished, but don't let that scare you off. The living room couch upstairs is very awkward, and not really a good place to hang inside for a large group, lucky the weather was so amazing we spent most of our time on the outside furniture which was very comfortable.

Family Getaway

We discussed a family vacation last fall, decided on Costa Rica and we could not have selected a better home and location! We had 14 people stay at the home and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone had a great time! Everyone involved with Casa Royal was first class. No complaints! We would definitely stay in this home again! Thanks to everyone who made our week so special.

Perfect Experience

This was the second time my family has stayed in Potrero. The town is great...small town, but plenty to do and to eat. This house was very clean and in great condition. The staff at the house (maid and pool/yard maintenance) and the concierge were 100% on top of it. The outdoor spaces are great and the beach is just steps away. There are several fruit trees in the backyard as well!

Costa Rican Luxury!

This place is as advertised. Right on the beach with amazing sunsets, multiple decks to lookout over the ocean, and a clean pool to play in. (Although the ocean was so warm we couldn't pick between the two!) The cleaning service that comes every few days keeps the humidity from making the house feel sticky, and having the option to use the chef for dinners when we didn't want to venture out was such a great option. Would definitely come back in the future.

Great Beach House

We had a wonderful experience with our family of 12 (ages 80 to 13). The layout of the house was perfect, providing ample space to gather as well as area for some quiet time. Being right on the beach was perfect. Our concierge, Magui was available and quick to respond to questions and help arranging activities. We took advantage of Chef Rita for some meals and she and her daughter were wonderful. The only negative, was inline with other reviewers, the sofa in the main living area is not comfortable and does not make sense for a lounge area. Overall, we had a fantastic time at Casa Royal and would highly recommend it.

Amazing property

We brought our family of 8 for their Christmas gift this year. My son and his new wife started their honeymoon here and our son his girlfriend daughter and her boyfriend. We did tons of fun activities amazing house. Had a chef one night. Amazing food. Communication was fabulous. Location above and beyond for groceries and restaurants. The beach house amazing food. Las brisas too. Walk to them both. Can’t wait to come back. The beach is gorgeous just outside the gate. And pool is wonderful

A Private Paradise

This house, as well as the entire property was SO beautiful and perfect for our large family! We do a big family vacation every year and have stayed at some gorgeous properties that we did not think we could ever beat, but Casa Royal did just that. From the cleanliness of the house, the layout of the house, the outdoor space, pool, stunning ocean views and the lush palm trees, flowers, fruit trees and yard! The pictures cant' quite capture the beauty, you just have to see it. The beach is never crowded and has wonderful sunsets. The updated security system worked great and we always felt very safe. We loved the location on Potrero beach. It's on a dirt road with several other very nice houses, each one private. As previous reviews state, Rita, the private chef, goes above and beyond what anyone would expect. She shops for the groceries required to prepare the food you request, she cooks meals that taste better than any restaurant we tried and then cleans the entire kitchen! And even better, the cost for having her cook was much less than going out. The management company was very helpful from the first contact and followed through with arranging tours and transportation for us. Don't hesitate to stay at this private paradise! No improvements necessary!

Beautiful location on the water. The house and some amenities were a bit dated. The property was clean and it was nice having housekeeping come every other day. Rita the chef was terrific and made mornings a breeze by having breakfast ready. I was a bit disappointed in the fact that we had a kitchen sink faucet whose use frustrating because it was broken and leaking water from various parts. I feel like this should have been replaced before we arrived. I was also disappointed with the fact that the main sliding door to the house/2nd floor balcony was broken and unusable after the 2nd or third day. We were forced to use the smaller opening off to side in the kitchen eating area. This should have been addressed immediately so that we were not inconvenienced. I also reported a dangerous situation with a loose metal drain (sharp) in the master shower which was not repaired. Thank you

Incredible vacation spot

My friends and I had an absolute in Costa Rica thanks in part to this property. When we weren't out on adventures we were at the house running from the pool to the ocean to the outdoor showers and back to the pool again. The neighborhood is a little sleepy -- not much going on during the week but that means privacy, quiet, and a chill beach where you're not overwhelmed by people and jet skis. Just a short walk up the beach there is a sailing center where you can rent kayaks and SUPs, as well as a massage tent (they'll come to the house!). Book a fishing charter or sunset cruise and if the weather is nice enough the boat will pick you up and drop you off right at the house. Rent golf carts and take them to Playa Brasilito where you can ride horses, rent jet skis, snorkel, and more. If you are lucky enough to get Rita as your cook you will not be disappointed. She handled all of our dietary restrictions without complaint, and we asked her to get creative. She made the most wonderful vegan desserts, and used fish we'd caught in the morning to make sashimi and ceviche. She made delicious empanadas and homemade tortillas. One of the highlights of the trip and way cheaper than eating at restaurants. There were always plenty of towels and housecleaning came a few times during the week, and internet service was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great Property

Very pleased with property. We had stayed there in 2019 also. A couple disappointments, only four lounge chairs around pool. Pictures show 5. Two of them were pretty worn. We had 11 adults so four lounge chairs did not work well. Although the property had added beach chairs since our last visit so we used those around pool.Rita the chef was really special!!! Her good was outstanding! Also the landscaping was tired and not well kept.
