ADDITIONAL BEDDING:
You have access to 4 additional guest beds. These beds are Full size and very comfortable for adults.
These beds will be made up upon guest request and can be placed in multiple rooms upon arrival.

KITCHEN:
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher.
Outdoor seating can accommodate up to 25 people. We have multiple table and chair options.
The outdoor patio is equipped with a BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting, and outdoor seating.

LIVING ROOM:
The large living space offers plenty of room for your group with comfortable couches and chairs, along with ample table space.

POOL:
There is a pool with an outdoor shower.

BBQ:
A large BBQ is located next to the kitchen on pool deck.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Daily housekeeping is included with your stay at no additional cost.

Private Chef Experience:
Start your day with a complimentary breakfast included with your stay.

For a fully catered experience, our Executive Chef is available to prepare all meals throughout your stay, offering a gourmet dining experience tailored to your tastes. The all-inclusive rate is $59 per day per person, which includes all meals and food costs. This service must be scheduled prior to your arrival and is required for the full duration of your stay.

Special Rates for Children:
Children under 6: Free
Children aged 7 to 12: $39 per day

Additionally, we can enhance your dining experience with expertly curated wine pairings, arranged by our local sommelier. Enjoy a diverse selection of high-end wines from around the world, perfect for complementing each meal.

For those interested in individual dinners, we also offer nightly chef services ranging from $55 to $120 per person, based on menu selections.

VILLA NIGHTLY PRICING: Nightly rate is based off of 16-person occupancy. There is an additional $30 per person per night over 16 people.
