Family friendly home with Open Concept floor plan is perfect for last minute travel, business or corporate travelers, families and tourists or relocations. Kitchen features Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, sink) and a large eat-in Island. 2 Coffee Makers in Kitchen For Guest use (Mr Coffee & Keurig Machine). Also, kitchen is stocked with cooking pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware and glasses for adults. Kids utensils, plates, bowls also stocked.

Also, Main level has 1 room set up as office with desk and 1 daybed. Half bathroom, family room with Gas Fireplace on Main level. Basement has a Huge family room that with a pull out sofa that can convert to a bed. The 3 Bedrooms on 2nd Level all have luggage racks, closets with hangers. We will do our best to make you feel right at home.

This home can accommodate many types of travelers. We do have 3 Smart TV's with Roku TV. There is no cable. 1 TV is located in the Owner's suite Bedroom. Wireless internet/WiFi.

- Yard is fenced in and Garage Off Limits in during winter time due to snow. Plenty of street parking in front of property.
- All staying and visiting guests MUST be registered and approved in advance. No parties/events/gatherings. A fee will be assessed for undisclosed guests or your booking could be cancelled without refund or both. Registration to be completed by person booking prior to check-in.
- After you reserve the property, you will be provided the location of the house. Please provide the list of names of anyone who will be on the property at any time during your stay, even if they are just stopping by.
