Discover Dougâs Jetty, a double-storey waterfront home in the serene setting of Sussex Inlet, NSW South Coast. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 11 guests, this property is the perfect retreat for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway by the water. Furry friends are welcome too.
Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and Wifi are available.
- Garage is not Available (2 Spaces for a cars/boat or jetski + high ceiling carport)
- No smoking inside the house
- Pets allowed (Outside Only)
- No Slipway Access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)
Step into the entry, which leads to a well-appointed downstairs bathroom and the living and entertaining areas, all featuring picturesque views of the water canals. The first dining area, seating up to 4 people, is ideal as a childrenâs table and offers easy access to the outdoor spaces.
The galley-style kitchen, located at the heart of the home, is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, dishwasher, and ample bench space to make meal preparation a breeze. At the other end of the kitchen, the second dining area seats up to 8 guests, making it perfect for shared meals.
The adjoining living room boasts water views and a smart TV for entertainment. Step outside to a spacious outdoor dining area with a BBQ, where you can enjoy leisurely afternoon meals or your morning coffee while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The backyard features a large, grassed area, perfect for relaxation or for children to play safely, as it is fully fenced. The propertyâs private jetty is a highlight, providing opportunities for fishing, swimming, or mooring your boat during your stay.
The upper level of the house is dedicated to rest and relaxation. The master bedroom features a Queen & Single bed, stunning water views, and a private ensuite with a shower and toilet. The second bedroom includes a double bed and a set of bunk beds, making it perfect for children. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 double bed, along with ample cupboard space for storage. A main bathroom is conveniently located between the additional bedrooms, ensuring comfort and accessibility for everyone.
The property is ideally located, just a 10-minute walk from the town centre, where you can explore shops and cafes, and only a 3-minute drive from the local boat ramp, making it easy to launch your boat for a day on the water.
Dougâs Jetty is ideally situated for exploring the natural beauty and attractions of Sussex Inlet. Whether youâre fishing off the jetty, swimming in the canals, or heading out on the boat, this property offers direct water access and unforgettable waterfront living.
