Waterfront Property With A Jetty

Located on the waterways in Sussex Inlet this three bedroom home has its own jetty and outdoor paved area overlooking the water.

There is a large lounge with a built in bar with fridge, separate dining area, large kitchen with all cooking facilities, 3 way bathroom with shower, bath and vanity with the toilet in a separate room, and an ensuite with shower, vanity & toilet and ducted air conditioning throughout.

There is also a large entertaining room overlooking the water containing more lounges, another dining table & a BBQ.

This is a large home with ample room for all your guests.

2 x TV's, Wifi is available and a New grill/Oven has been installed.

The house is in a great location on the water with plenty of undercover and outdoor areas. Recommend this house.

Nice place

The house clean and nice. It feel comfortable to stay and the kids enjoy to run around. Especially we can enjoy fishing on the backyard. But it shouldn’t put the boat in front of the house because it’s hard to park the car if we go 3 cars

Our short stay at 30 C.

Enjoyed our stay, weather was a bit unkind, very cold and blowy. Nice house, very comfortable bed, good shower. Family room was quite cold even with the heater on, just bad luck the weather was so horrible. I think the fish must have been on holiday too.

Lovey location. Caught loads of little fish from back patio. Plenty of space inside and outside. Communication was excellent. Sussex had all facilities you need. Even a courtesy bus to and from the rsl. We would recommend this house for family's and adult groups. We would like to return. Thanks

June getaway

This is the second time we have stayed here as we love the house and location. The house is in the cul-de-sac in a quiet street. Its very spacious and has a large undercover bbq area and laundry. The property backs onto the keys where we caught a range of different species of fish for example Flathead , bream , tailor and squire. The house has recently had ducted air conditioning installed and works a treat as it does get pretty cold of a night.

Twins weekend June 22

We recently stayed here over the June long weekend. Property is fantastic, very spacious and has a large kitchen with all ammenities. Property backs onto the inlet where we enjoyed catching fish and feeding the ducks. Bedroom layouts are great with 1 having an ensuite and the other 2 with a jack and Jill set up. The house has a massive undercover area with bbq and lounges. House is located in a dead end street and kids were able to ride scooters and bikes out the front. The house is dated with a lot of original fixtures but very well kept, this added to the charm of the property. Location is great, roughly just under 5 min drive to the town centre. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our next 1.

Family catch up

Easy to pick up keys from real estate .The house is in a nice quiet part of Sussex.Great for fishing off the jetty or if you have a boat the little ones liked the swimming next to the jetty.The house has a well equipped kitchen plenty of room for the family.It has 3large bedrooms th master has a ensuite with water views .Hugh area to entertain under a enclosed patio with water views.The house is like stepping back in time so old but so interesting my only complaint is that it needs aircon as the fans wouldn’t do it in summer as it gets really hot with that afternoon sun coming in the back of the house and really needs a shade cloth or umbrellas for out the back as it was too hot but would definitely stay there again

Feedback

Hello, The house was not clean, there was dust, spider webs everywhere, we killed so many spiders and cockroaches (mostly around the kitchen area). It was very hot and it was disappointing that there was no AC in the house and outside there was no shade area for us to sit under. Both bins where full when we checked in and because the garage was closed we had to wheel both bins through the house to take them out on the street. No toilet paper. Overall it was a beautiful house with a beautiful view. Thank you
