Thereâs plenty to keep families entertained including a games room with a table tennis table.
Each of the five bedrooms is thoughtfully designed as a private retreat, complete with its own kitchenette and a small tableâperfect for enjoying light snacks or setting up a laptop for remote work. You will appreciate the stylish ensuite bathrooms featuring rain showers and boutique toiletries. Every room is equipped with split-system air-conditioning and luxurious king-sized beds, which can be converted into two single beds upon request. The fifth bedroom is wheelchair-accessible with a ramp, offering a spacious layout and an accessible bathroom including hand rails.
Travelling with an infant? A porta cot, highchair and childrenâs tableware are provided. Thereâs also a full main bathroom, which highlights a dedicated wet zone with a bathtub and shower. A separate laundry room adds to your everyday convenience with a washing machine and dryer.
Ample parking is provided along with two, solar-powered electric vehicle charging available from 9 am to 5 pm.
There is currently a house under construction in the front paddock. Construction occurs midweek and is expected to be completed by August. Please note that construction noise may be heard during this time.

Nestled just under four hoursâ drive west of Sydney, the town of Mudgee is renowned for its wineries and flourishing food scene. Meander the colonial streetscapes filled with produce stores, cafes and boutiques, and shop for local produce at the Mudgee Fine Foods Farmersâ Markets, held in the picturesque grounds of Robertson Park. While visiting the region, you can explore World Heritage-listed Wollemi National Park, home to scenic walking trails, canoeing and kayaking tours.

Firewood packs can be preordered for an additional cost, available only from April to September. Please inform us at the time of booking if you would like to have firewood provided.
There is an additional cost of $30 per bed to split the king bed into 2 x single beds.
