We had a blast at this gorgeous home near the beach! The house had everything you could want. We enjoyed cooking a few meals at the house as well as checking out some delicious local spots, too. The backyard is a dream with the pool, lounge area, cornhole, TV and golf area. We especially appreciated that the home was so dog friendly, including a fenced in yard, grass area, pool for him to swim in, and couch covers inside! This was an ideal vacation for us.

30A Stay

11/10 experience at this rental property! Comfortable home with lots of space for our family of 10. It is perfectly clean, amazing amenities, fun and gorgeous outdoor area and much more. The house has everything you can possible need and is in a great location. Great host communication and easy check in/check out. We will definitely keep this place in mind if we find ourselves back in 30A - amazing place!! We had a great time.

This home exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless, modern, and beautifully designed everything was. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it feel both luxurious and incredibly comfortable.The backyard is truly the highlight of this property, without a doubt one of the best we've ever experienced. It was the perfect place to relax, spend time with family, and enjoy everything that makes 30A so special. It honestly felt like having our own private resort.The location is fantastic, and the entire property is exceptionally well maintained. It's rare to find a home that looks even better in person than it does in the photos, but this one absolutely does.We can't say enough good things about this amazing house and property. We will definitely be recommending it to all of our family and friends, and we already know we'll be booking another stay. Thank you for providing such an incredible vacation experience we can't wait to come back!

One of the best stays ever! A+++

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. It was one of our all time favorite houses and we can't wait to come back. The outdoor area for swimming, watching football, playing games was absolutely perfect. The pool was amazing! The fenced in backyard was also great for our small dogs. Everything was new and extremely clean and close to the beach. We rented a golf cart and parked it right across the street at the beach. It was so easy. Gulf Place and restaurants are really close as well. It's a very quiet, clean neighborhood. Dave is a great host and was available to help with any questions we had. Thank you again!

YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

This was easily one of the BEST properties I have ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen and amenities were all so clean and worked great. And let's not forget the incredible POOL and outdoor area! I hosted a group of 10 (adults) here and everyone was comfortable and loved the space! Dave and Angela were phenomenal hosts and I will definitely be returning soon! Anything you may need or want, the hosts are able to accommodate and are FAST about getting you what you need or answering any questions you may have. The house is within walking distance to the 30a strip (Close to Shunk Gulley and the beach) and there's easy access to anything in the area. What are you waiting for? BOOK NOW!! Paradise on 30a

Incredible stay at Gulf 30a stay. What an amazing house with views that are out is this world. From the moment you walk in to the house you’re able to see directly out to the back yard that features a wonderful pool and hot tub. There is a lake behind the house that creates such a majestic setting.The house is stocked with everThing you need and then some. We walked to the beach, which was a nice short walk in a quiet neighborhood. We were also able to walk to restaurants which are only a couple blocks away. The owners were responsive and flexible with our needs and even allowed a late check out. This property is truly one of the best. We’ll be back soon!!!!! Thanks for a memorable trip.

Santa Rosa

This was a great experience! The reservation went well and I was informed along the way! My daughter arrived first and she was meet by Sondra who took her through the house and showed her how everything worked and was so excellent to work with. The owner, Dave, kept in touch with me before, during and after to be sure I was well taken care of! The house was in excellent condition and had everything my family needed while we were there! The furnishings were very nice and comfortable and the outside porch and pool area was excellent! We had the best time! Anyone looking for a great place to stay on 30A I would recommend you consider this one!
