This top-floor stay offers an inviting haven from the bustle of the city, featuring a stylishly appointed, open-plan layout while a balcony and generous rooftop terrace add alfresco appeal.
When you're not dining out, the sleek, modern kitchen and dining area has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals, including a four-seater table and a dishwasher for easy clean-up, plus a spacious pantry to store all your supplies.
In the living area, a large sofa and TV provide a welcoming spot to unwind while split system air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort. Floor-to-ceiling windows capture sweeping views overlooking Mascot Oval and out towards Botany Bay, with a balcony to maximise the views further while you enjoy your morning cuppa or an afternoon glass of wine as the sun goes down.
Two light and airy bedrooms with TVs sleep four guests and are located at opposite ends of the home for privacy and comfort. The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a walk-in robe and an ensuite and the second bedroom has two singles and direct balcony access. The ensuite and main bathroom are each immaculately appointed with a walk-in rain shower, mirrored cabinetry and complimentary toiletries.
Added conveniences include Wi-Fi, a private washing machine and dryer, and a secure parking spot for one car that allows you to come and go with ease. You can also make use of a shared garden space with outdoor seating.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
