When adventure calls, head to nearby Johnson Point, a hidden local gem with its serene estuary perfect for swimming and kayaking. Take a stroll through the dunes at low tide to discover a secluded white sand beach that feels like your own private escape— truly a scene straight from a postcard. You can also walk or cycle all the way to Waipu Cove beach on a new purpose-built track next to the road which can be accessed from the driveway entrance.

Pets are welcome, but the property is not fully fenced. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and should be supervised at all times.

Two children's life jackets are provided with the kayaks. Guests are encouraged to bring their own well-fitting life jackets for safety.
